2. Shipping Information

We currently ship using DAO and PostNord within Denmark, and PostNord International for EU and UK orders. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2.2 Estimated Delivery

Denmark (DAO / PostNord): 1–4 business days.

EU & UK (PostNord International): 4–10 business days.

2.3 Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply outside Denmark or the EU.

2.4 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at shop@cozco.dk within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

3. Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.cozco.dk.

3.1 Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in DKK and include Danish VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, and PayPal through WooPayments.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Once payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. coZco reserves the right to cancel an order if technical errors or stock discrepancies occur.

3.3 Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3.4 Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and music associated with coZco are the intellectual property of coZco and may not be reproduced without permission.

3.5 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Denmark.
